Led Lenser - Life Saver

From the first time I owned a LED Lenser I knew it was the best torch I had ever owned. I then bought its bigger cousin to operate in my surgery with amazing light,easily outperforming previous headlamps. But never did I ever think that a LED Lenser torch would save my life.

So on the 10 March 2011 I went for a swim at night at my home.

I heard a noise, and lo and behold when I switched on my torch, there were two armed men in the light of the beam, one meter from my torch. They were blinded by the sheer brightness, four new alkaline AAA, and in that moment, I was able to get the jump on them, and get to safety, after a brief skirmish.

We were not hurt, and the security force soon after, arrested the perps. They got 15 years, for they were very dangerous men. 

Thanks to Led Lenser, myself and my family got the rest of our lives.

The Man

I am a big outdoor fanatic, and recently came across the P7 when I went to replace my broken spot light, the guy at the shop told me about it, although sceptical, I bought the P7. went out with my mates who were laughing at me for bringing along a "penlite" torch saying I would not even see an elephant even it stood in front of me. All the while I was thinking to myself what have I gone and done, I bought this thing on our way out to the bush and had not tested it. That evening, in order not to be the laughing stock of the weekend, I sneaked off and tried out my new toy... WOW!!! I came back to the group, got ready to go out, after about a click or two, the guys turned off the lights and started taunting me, okay mouse man show us the way back... [burst of laughter from all the grown up boys present] ... I opened my pouch, pulled out my P7 and ... click ... WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW!!! NO WAY ... lemme see, lemme see ... was all I could hear, needless to say, by the time we were headed back to camp, everyone was using their backup torches. I was the man for the rest of the weekend ... I am getting me the P17 for Xmas.

Snake Catcher

I Am a outdoors person Living in Nelspruit, South Africa, And am a avid fisherman and Cycad Collector, But my biggest past time is Snake Catching. Members of the public always call me when they have unwanted Reptiles in their yards or homes. One day I Responded to a call where a "Suspected" Black Mamba was sighted just outside the person's house. I Started looking for the reptile, as it started getting dark, I was still busy searching. The torch I had at the time's Batteries died on me, so I asked the complainant if he had a torch I could use. He went off and came back with a nifty little black torch (LED Lenser T7) I then found the Snake behind the dog's house. It was indeed a Black Mamba, measuring 3.2 meters. I just couldn't believe the brightness that little torch could produce, So I ordered my T7 the next day. I am and always will be a LED Lenser Fan.I Can testify that this is a great range and that it saves lives (In this case, a Dog named Pepper)
